When you purchase Tricia Caracappa’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information used to complete the transaction. This information is used to complete the purchase and is held in an encrypted and secure payment processing system. Tricia Caracappa Design has no access to this information.

It is offered to you on the condition that you accept without modification the terms, conditions and notices contained herein (Terms). Your use of TriciaCaracappa.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read them carefully.
Tricia Caracappa Design (and TriciaCaracappa.com) offerings include but are not limited to Fine Art Paintings, Drawings, Commissions, Reproductions, Other Products and Goods, Mentorships, Workshops and Classes.

Rights to Artwork and Images

All artwork, images, graphics and videos are the sole property of Tricia Caracappa and may not be used without written permission of Tricia Caracappa.
Copying or reproducing artwork created by Tricia Caracappa is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist. 
Tricia Caracappa retains all rights to all artwork until it has been purchased by a private or public collector at which time the collector receives the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Tricia Caracappa retains all rights to the image of all artwork including the rights of the image sold and commissioned original artwork. Tricia Caracappa further retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created by Tricia Caracappa unless the Collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork, which is done in addition to purchasing the original artwork and under separate contract. Collectors of reproductions have the right to display the artwork in their home or business and have no other rights to the artwork. 
Any image that includes artwork by Tricia Caracappa, such as an interior photograph of a home that is to appear in a third party publication, such as social media, magazine or book, must come with Artist attribution (Artist’s name and Artwork Title). All other uses must be agreed to in advance in writing.

I am grateful to each one of you for your purchases. I hope that when your items make their way to your home, you will find them to be even more beautiful in person and continue to bring you inspiration and joy for a very long time. Refund Policy

When you receive your artwork, please inspect it immediately. If it appears damaged, please contact Tricia immediately. Pictures are worth a thousand words and are often necessary to help determine the best course of action. Email Tricia within 1 day of receiving your order and 

Return of Original Artwork

I want you to love your art so it brings delight and inspiration to your days. If you receive your artwork and are not satisfied, reach out to me by email. Original paintings can be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued once the painting has been delivered back to my studio and has been determined to be in its original condition. Payment for insured shipping is the responsibility of the client and by a shipping company agreed to by artist and buyer.

Shipping Policy

Your painting will be carefully packaged to offer as much protection as possible while it makes its journey to you. Please allow 14 days from the date of your order for your painting to be prepared and packaged. You will receive an email with tracking information once your painting is at the carrier. Large paintings may be best shipped unstretched and rolled with the stretcher bars for a local framer to re-stretched. International orders may be subject to duties or other charges, which are the responsibility of the Client.

Damaged Artwork

Well this stinks! If you received a damaged painting, please email me immediately with details and photographs of the damage to the artwork and packaging. Resolution of incidents of damage are considered on a case by case basis. Don’t worry, we’ll find a way to get a painting you love into your home!
